I’ve spent most of my life trying to fit someone else’s definition of success - at work and at home.
My path changed when my mental well-being required me to step out of the circle of insanity. It was a multi-year journey that started when I had the opportunity to be “coached” by an executive coach. I was so motivated by the experience, I started informally helping others to share what I was learning. I found so much bliss in paying my learnings forward that I later went through training to become a coach myself.
Learning about and investing in myself provided me confidence and courage to define my own value and to do what fulfills me which is creating and helping others.
The journey has led to some big and beautiful changes. I went back to school and graduated with an MBA at the age of 52 and I also designed and built my dream home on 10+ acres out of the city.
Today, I love working with individuals who are seeking to live authentically - whether in a professional capacity or in their own homes. My goal is to help you “be you.”
